Oversee and manage the installation of commercial water purification and filtration systems in residential and commercial buildings. The role needs leadership, technical depth in plumbing and electrical systems, and the ability to manage contractors and solve problems on site. It is hands-on, and it travels.

Key responsibilities
Site management
- Supervise contractors — plumbers and electricians — and hold installations to time and quality.
- Coordinate the installation of purification and filtration systems in commercial and residential buildings.
- Travel to site when a project needs someone there.
- Keep projects inside their timelines, budgets and quality standards.
Technical expertise
- Read and interpret MEP drawings to guide contractors and resolve design issues.
- Provide hands-on support for minor installation tasks to keep work moving.
- Identify and solve on-site plumbing, electrical and mechanical problems.
Collaboration and coordination
- Work with engineers and project stakeholders so technical requirements and goals stay aligned.
- Source and manage contractors across different states.
- Act as liaison between Clear, its contractors and its clients.
Compliance and safety
- Ensure installations meet local codes, standards and safety regulations.
- Maintain a safe working environment for everyone on site.
Qualifications and skills
MEP experience
- Plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems in commercial and high-rise buildings.
- Proficient reading and understanding MEP drawings.
Management
- Proven experience managing contractors, including plumbers and electricians.
- Strong organisation and problem-solving, applied to problems that appear on site.
Hands-on ability
- Comfortable performing minor support tasks when that is what keeps a project on track.
Communication
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
- Able to work with engineers, contractors and clients directly.
Travel and flexibility
- Willing to travel frequently to sites across different states, sometimes at short notice.
- Adaptable to changing project demands and schedules.
